Thank you for shopping at Ed Cloud Special Education. We strive to provide teachers with high-quality, DCAPS-aligned educational materials. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is completed, you will receive instant access to your files via email. Because of the digital nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Incorrect or Corrupted Files

If you receive the wrong file or the download link does not work, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify your order and send you the correct or functional file at no additional cost.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same product, please contact us immediately at info@edcloud.co.za. Once confirmed, we will refund the duplicate payment.

Technical Issues

If you experience download or access issues, please check your email spam folder or internet connection before contacting us. If the problem persists, email us and we will gladly help resolve it.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you suspect that an unauthorized person has made a purchase using your payment information, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you and investigate the issue.
